Job Description
- Greet and escort guests to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after guests arrive
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Basic math skills for handling cash and payments
Qualifications
