Job Description
- Customer Service: Provide high-quality service to customers, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Greet and seat customers.
- Present menus and suggest food/drinks.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints.
- Operate and maintain digital systems, including point-of-sale (POS) terminals, ordering tablets, or mobile payment systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with devices, ensuring they remain operational.
- Guide customers in using self-service kiosks or digital menus when applicable.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in food service or a related field (e.g., waitstaff, barista) is a plus.
