Overview
A Waiter (or Server) is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.
Qualifications
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is generally required. Some employers may prefer candidates with additional education or training in hospitality.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, food service, or a related field is preferred, but entry-level positions may be available for those with little to no experience.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner and ensure a positive dining experience.
