Job Description
- A Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a restaurant or dining setting. They take food and drink orders, serve meals, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to carry heavy trays and multitask efficiently
- Knowledge of menu items and ability to make recommendations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience in food service (preferred)
