Vulnerable Too Program Manager (50% Position)

**Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)** is looking for a Program Manager to lead the implementation of the **Vulnerable Too initiative**:
- a staff-centered effort to strengthen peer support, connection, and well-being across the MSF movement.
The Mentoring & Coaching Hub or MCHub, offers Mentoring & Coaching to support the MSF global workforce, enhancing their personal and professional leadership.
In this role, you will coordinate partners, engage stakeholders across MSF, and ensure the initiative is delivered on time, on budget, and in line with MSF’s safeguarding and quality standards.
