Overview

Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is looking for a Program Manager to lead the implementation of the Vulnerable Too initiative , a staff-centered effort to strengthen peer support, connection, and well-being across the MSF movement. The Mentoring & Coaching Hub (MCHub) offers mentoring and coaching to support the MSF global workforce, enhancing their personal and professional leadership.

About the Initiative

Vulnerable Too is a global MSF initiative supported by the Transformational Investment Capacity (TIC). It aims to strengthen how MSF staff support each other by creating space for reflection, storytelling, and peer connection.
