Your job? Turn strategic scripts and creative briefs into scroll-stopping, conversion-focused video ads that help scale customer acquisition on Meta.

You'll be the engine behind our paid creative performance.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Performance-First Video Editing
- Edit high-converting direct response ads for Facebook & Instagram
- Transform raw UGC footage, testimonials, and B-roll into compelling 2–10 minute conversion-driven videos
- Build multiple variations from winning concepts (hooks, bodies, CTAs) for aggressive A/B testing
- Produce 10+ variations per week from proven creative angles
- Follow direct response frameworks that have generated millions in D2C revenue
