Responsibilities
- Own and optimise HSBC Singapore’s public website and in‑app content.
- Drive journey and conversion optimisation (web + app).
- Lead experimentation and performance uplift.
- Leverage data and insights to drive decisions.
- Act as the bridge between global and local teams.
- Champion governance and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital content, website management, or digital optimisation within financial services or a large enterprise environment.
