Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end operational infrastructure across Sales, Marketing, Customer, Creator Ops, Enablement, and Dev & Integrations
- Manage pipeline mechanics, forecasting, territory design, lead routing, and deal operations
- Drive accountability for renewal and expansion operations across the client lifecycle
- Establish operational cadence including weekly performance reviews and quarterly planning
- Serve as a senior operational partner to the CRO, CMO, and CFO
- Own revenue enablement strategy and tools for go-to-market teams
- Manage and develop a team of Directors and senior managers
- Evaluate and modernize the tech stack, including Salesforce and HubSpot
- Drive adoption of AI-powered workflows and automations to accelerate business functions
