Vice President Operations

Our client is a busy, well established CPG manufacturing company. This is a part of the SLT and will report to the CEO as a VP Operations and Supply Chain in the Vancouver area.

Responsibilities:

Provide direction for all production planning, scheduling, and commercialization processes to achieve optimal efficiency and margin performance.

Ensure full compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (CFIA and related).

Direct long-term strategies for equipment lifecycle management, facility investment, and process optimization.

Govern quality assurance systems

Lead end-to-end supply chain strategies that optimize cost, agility, and service performance.

Oversee strategic supplier partnerships, contract governance, and value creation initiatives across procurement and logistics.
