VP, Operational Risk Manager
Responsible for enhancing the firm's risk management framework covering operational risk, third‑party risk management, outsourcing risk oversight, and control governance.
Working closely with business and support functions, you will provide independent second‑line oversight, challenge and guidance across the organisation, ensuring risks are appropriately identified, assessed, mitigated and reported.
Responsibilities
- Enhancement of the risk management framework
- Review and recommend risk appetite statements, metrics and tolerances across key risks
- Lead risk assessments
- Facilitate the identification, evaluation and monitoring of material risks
- Drive the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) programme
