• Oversee account executive teams for performance
• Manage the entire sales process from lead to contract
• Develop and enhance relationships with clients and partners
• Design and execute sales plans and strategies
• Drive responses to RFI's, RFP's, and RFQ's
Requirements:
• 5+ years in account management, focusing on public sector
• 1-2 years in staffing or sales management
• Strong team development and leadership background
• Skilled in CRM/ATS tools
