Our Toronto-based client is seeking a highly skilled VP of Finance. This position is full-time in office.Responsibilities
The VP of Finance is responsible for, and not limited to:Run a fast, accurate monthly close across multiple entities, including intercompany eliminations and FX where applicableOwn consolidated financial statements and the integrity of every number that leaves the buildingManage the annual audit end-to-endOwn the budget, forecast, and rolling reforecast cycles; build models that answer real operating questionsBuild clean, repeatable management reporting — KPIs, variance analysis, and a monthly board package that tells the truthRun cash forecasting and working capital managementDrive process and systems improvements across ERP, consolidation tools, and reporting. Reduce manual work, increase speed and accuracyContribute to M&A diligence, integration finance, and post-close reporting where applicableQualifications
