VP, Legal & Compliance - Transactions & Risk

PERSOL APAC is seeking a skilled legal professional to provide transactional advisory services and legal support. The role focuses on corporate lending across the Asia Pacific region (excluding Japan) with an emphasis on compliance and risk management.

The candidate will negotiate GMRA master agreements and vendor contracts, interpret Singapore banking laws, and conduct legal research to inform decisions. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential, along with supporting corporate secretarial
