About the Role
Axos Business Center, Corp is seeking an engineering leader who will own our Identity Fabric and drive our security posture across Azure and on-prem environments. This is a player‑coach role: 40% people management and 60% hands‑on technical ownership.
Mission
- Identity Mastery: Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Conditional Access, PIM, Zero Trust).
- Infrastructure Defense: Securing system integrations and cloud/network infra.
- Governance: Enforcing secure integration patterns and leveraging frameworks like NIST CSF or CIS Controls.
- Profile: Deep experience in regulated industries is a huge plus.
