VICE PRESIDENT, GLOBAL FINANCE TRANSFORMATION

Senior leadership role responsible for advancing Sun Life’s Global Finance Evolution agenda. This executive will design and execute large‑scale, global transformation initiatives to simplify, standardize, and modernize finance processes across the organization.

Primary Accountabilities

• Lead enterprise‑wide finance transformation strategy and execution.
• Drive the end‑to‑end Global Finance Evolution agenda, including defining priorities, mobilizing workstreams, and delivering measurable outcomes aligned to cost, efficiency, and quality objectives.
• Design and implement global, process‑aligned operating models, establishing Global Process Owner (GPO) structures and expanding shared services and global delivery capabilities.
