The Opportunity

We have scaled from a 50‑person startup to a team of 150+ and will double our headcount over the next 18 months. As VP of Business Operations and Transformation, you will join Blue J’s Leadership Team and help define how the company scales. Working across every function, you will solve complex operational challenges, identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation, and build scalable systems that enable our people to focus on high‑value work. This role is equal parts strategist, operator, systems architect, and change leader.
