VoIP Technical Support Engineer Level 2 — Hybrid (Barcelona)

Enreach group in Barcelona is looking for a VoIP Technical Support Engineer (Level 2) to provide advanced technical support for VoIP incidents. You'll analyze and troubleshoot issues, manage incidents in line with SLAs, and contribute to project implementations.
