ROLE SUMMARY



Provide support to customers regarding retail products, orders, deliveries, returns, and account-related concerns while delivering a positive customer experience.



RESPONSIBILITIES



• Handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services

• Assist with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and account concerns

• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions

• Maintain quality customer service in every interaction

• Document customer concerns and transactions accurately



QUALIFICATIONS



• Must be at least 18 years old

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate
