Key Responsibilities
Support Business Partners in the communication and cloud area to successful solution delivery, including audit, consultancy, configuration, and technical advisory services.
Assist Technical Support L3 in qualifying, filtering, and resolving Service Requests raised by BPs at key customers, ensuring committed SLA and maintaining customer trust.
Provide training to the BP community on all solution products through defined training tracks.
Key Qualifications
Deep knowledge of Linux OS for installing and configuring Linux servers and services.
Experience with smartphone app programming (Android and/or iOS) is a plus.
Knowledge of communication systems (PBX, VoIP, Unified Communications, Telephony, SIP protocol).
