Job Description: Provide support, administration, and maintenance of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 5.x/9.x) components, including vSphere, vSAN, Aria Suite, NSX, HCX, and SDDC Manager Provide support for Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions, including vSphere Replication and VMware Live Site Recovery (LSR / SRM) Support and maintain Clienture Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) environments Develop, maintain, and support automation pipelines using Ansible Tower and Clienture DevOps Perform real-time health monitoring and platform validation across all supported environments Resolve incidents and problems in accordance with defined SLA targets Execute approved configuration changes and standard service requests in compliance with change management processes Design, develop, and implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions and automation workflows Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical docum...
