Job Description:
As a part of MS Vmware and Horizon VDI support team deliverables, the engineer is required to have strong Admin, Operate and Manage skills in VMware v Sphere, Horizon VDI, VCF to provide services for global HPE customers. Candidate should have a strong customer focus, sensitivity in dealing with diverse cultures, ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Eligibility & Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or Equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Managed Service environment.
• Certification on the latest tracks like VMware VCP, RHCSA, CCNA, ITIL is an added advantage.
• Flexible to work in 24/7 support environment.
Technical Skills:
• Admin, Operate and Manage v Sphere Datacenter.
• Experience in ESXi and v Center upgrades.
