Experience - 1 to 3 years

Monitor and manage virtual machine infrastructure.
Provide Level 1 support for VMware environment issues.
Handle VM provisioning, cloning, snapshots, and basic troubleshooting .
Monitor alerts, incidents, and service requests through ticketing tools.
Coordinate with  L2/L3 teams for critical issues and escalations.
Maintain system health checks and daily operational reports.
