VLSI RTL DV Technical Project Manager/Program manager

Job Description / Responsibilities Drive end‑to‑end program delivery, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting. Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues throughout the program lifecycle. Align program execution with customer‑specific processes, quality expectations, and engagement frameworks. Ensure programs comply with audit and regulatory requirements, especially for automotive or other industry‑specific verticals. Maintain transparency through structured communication—dashboards, reports, stakeholder updates, and escalation management. Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives) and drive continuous process improvement. Define, track, and report on key KPIs to support informed, data‑driven decisions. Support change management activities including scope modifications, resource planning, and timeline adjustments.
