We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hands‑on Viticultural Technician to join our Vineyard Operations team, supporting the monitoring of vine health, the management of irrigation, and the overall success of our vineyards.

What You’ll Do
- Support vineyard scouting and monitoring for pest and disease management across estate, leased, and grower vineyards
- Monitor soil moisture and vine water status; support irrigation scheduling, maintenance, and repairs
- Collect and manage vineyard data, including crop estimates, vine metrics, and cluster weights
