As a Assistant Store Manager, your main focus is to provide guests with a captivating experience, provide them with products that better their life, and ensure you are leading a driven team of individuals who provide a high level of service. It is vital to prioritize the guest experience by creating an atmosphere of engagement, knowledge, and community.
