Visual QA Lead - Lead Quality, Processes & Teams

Monks is looking for an English-speaking Visual QA Lead in Buenos Aires. In this role, you will manage our quality assurance team, ensuring the visual integrity of our major international accounts. You will define standards, lead a team of experts, and optimize processes while supporting hiring and team development.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in Visual QA or Creative Production, possesses leadership skills, and is familiar with QA methodologies.
