Visual Growth Designer

We are looking for a Visual Growth Designer who understands that design exists to drive:

• Revenue
• Conversion
• Customer decisions
• Operational speed

Your job is not simply to “make things look nice.”

Your job is to create visuals that:

• Increase sales
• Improve click‑through rates
• Push high‑margin items
• Improve customer purchase behaviour
• Support fast‑moving campaigns across multiple brands

This role sits inside the Growth & Retention Team, meaning every design decision must connect back to measurable business outcomes.
