Vision System Engineer (Mexicali)

We are looking for a Vision System Engineer who contributes strongly to the daily analysis of indicators and parameters to ensure quality in the plastics production process through vision systems program (digital inspections) to eradicate defects, losses/waste, deviations and preserve optimal parameters and quality standards. The position is based in Mexicali factory, Mexico, reporting to the Production Manager. Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

• Analyze data coming from vision systems reported by quality control operators and the input from daily reports and define actions also responsible for it.
• Complete management of vision system: define, configure and adjust digital parameters.
• Verify the conditions in line reported: high defect, false reject, breakdowns, color variations etc.
• Ensure the conditions of camera recipe and critical parameters in all lines.
