This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisation's desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.About the RoleTechnical Expert & Trainer - responsible for technology transfer and advanced support.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive comprehensive system training at the China headquarters during the initial project phase.Upon arrival at the assigned location, conduct systematic technical training for all on-site operators and service coordinators.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and complete key technical tasks such as system validation and ground-truth comparison.Organize and optimize localized operation and maintenance documentation.Qualifications3-5 years of hands‐on industrial vision system debugging experience.
