- Creating clear, actionable requirements that translate complex market and stakeholder needs for the engineering teams.
- Leading backlog management and decision‑making on release timing to ensure efficient and high‑quality product delivery.
- Collaborating across engineering, UX/UI, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless path from development to market launch.
- Improving product performance through continuous feedback loops, data analysis, and iterative enhancements.
