What you'll do
Virtual Sales Assistant is a remote sales‑support role responsible for providing high‑quality administrative, coordination, and sales‑operations support to the Head of Sales and Marketing and the Business Development team. This position keeps the sales engine running smoothly — managing CRM data, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating prospect and partner communications, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate pipeline and reporting — so the team can focus on building relationships, selling, and closing. The role combines strong organisational discipline and attention to detail with a proactive, service‑minded approach, requiring the ability to manage competing priorities across a busy, fast‑moving team and collaborate with Marketing, Pre‑sales, Delivery, and Client Success.
