Role: Virtual Relationship Manager (Health Insurance)

Purpose of the Role:

The Virtual Relationship Manager (Health Insurance) will be responsible for onboarding, engaging, and servicing POSP/Advisor partners for Health Insurance products. The role focuses on driving sales growth, managing partner relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between partners and internal teams for policy issuance and post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
 Connect with potential POSP/Advisor partners and onboard them for Health Insurance products.  Service and manage existing POSP/Advisor partners to drive Health insurance sales growth.
 Handle partner and customer queries with quick and satisfactory resolution.
 Coordinate with the central operations and Health Insurance team for seamless policy issuance.  Provide virtual training and product knowledge support to partners.
