Virtual Construction Services Coordinator (Recent Graduate)

We are seeking a motivated New Graduate VCS Coordinator to join our Virtual Construction Services (VCS) team in Vancouver, BC. Reporting to the VCS Manager, the VCS Coordinator provides technical and project support to help ensure construction projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role will be mobilized to site at a later date as a Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Help create virtual 3D models from plans and specifications.
• Assist on‑site BIM related project coordination, including model coordination with trade contractors.
• Troubleshoot BIM related issues on site, seeking assistance from branch BIM staff as required.
• Help generate 4D simulations and site logistic models.
• Support quantity take‑offs taken from BIM models.
