Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule consultations, site visits, and subcontractor/vendor appointments
- Respond to client inquiries and follow up on estimates, contracts, and payments
- Prepare and send contracts, proposals, invoices, and organize project documents
- Maintain digital filing systems and update project management software
- Assist with billing tasks, expense tracking, and coordination with the bookkeeping team
- Update CRM with leads, project statuses, and generate performance reports
- (Optional) Support marketing tasks such as social media scheduling and collecting client testimonials
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant
- Experience in construction, home improvement, or real estate is a plus
