Administrative Support:
- Schedule and manage calendars.
- Organize meetings and appointments.
- Handle email correspondence and responses.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with task management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
