In this role, you will manage the portfolio of churned VIP players, identifying reactivation opportunities and assessing player behavior for responsible gaming. Collaborating with the VIP and commercial teams, you will introduce new features and loyalty initiatives designed for meaningful player relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage offboarded VIP player portfolio and monitor churn reasons
• Conduct outreach to reintroduce players with tailored incentives
• Assess churned players based on engagement and gaming restrictions
• Serve as gatekeeper for player transitions to VIP management
• Collaborate on win-back initiatives prioritizing loyalty without aggression
Requirements:
• 3+ years in VIP management, player retention, or CRM
• Strong understanding of VIP behavior and responsible gaming
