VIP Onsite Desktop IT Support Engineer

Excis in Dubai seeks an Onsite IT Support Engineer to deliver hands-on technical help for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals at a VIP client site. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software and OS issues with a focus on user experience.

The role requires strong communication and ticketing discipline within a fast-paced team, with growth opportunities and a site-based work environment. Fluent English is essential; local language knowledge is a plus.
