VIP IT Support & Desktop Systems Engineer

Link-Worldwide in Apodaca is looking for an IT Support Specialist to install, configure, and maintain desktop computers along with other IT assets. Your role will include troubleshooting issues, providing VIP support, and adhering to Service Level Agreements.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in IT support, good communication skills, and a solid understanding of DHCP and DNS. A familiarity with Office 365 support will be a plus. The position is based in Monterrey-Matamoros, Apodaca, Nuevo León.
