VIP Guest Concierge & Events Coordinator

Jobrapido is seeking a Concierge to own the guest experience in Madrid, Spain. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, maintain the quality of personalized experiences, and manage guest relations.

They will lead by example and efficiently address guest concerns, as well as coordinate special requests. A solid background in hospitality, particularly at a 4 or 5-star hotel, is essential for success in this role.
