Overview

VIP Corporate Travel Agents will book new air, hotel, rail and car reservations for our business travel clients who fall in the category of VIP. They will also carry out changes to existing reservations, such as name changes, date and itinerary modifications. They take care to protect sensitive and private information and ensure that reservations are made within the confines of the Client’s travel policy. They deliver good, consistent customer service and will also contribute to Encore’s revenue and profitability by offering relevant complementary products and services. For example, every air reservation request including 1 night away from the travellers’ home airport should include an offer to reserve a hotel within their travel policy.
