About the role
You'll be the hands (and eyes) that bring our founder's content and brand stories to life on screen. Working closely with the Personal Brand & Content Lead, you'll take scripts and ideas and turn them into scroll-stopping video and photography — shooting, editing and delivering polished content across formats.
What you'll do
Shoot video content — from founder-led talking pieces and interviews to social Reels, behind-the-scenes and event coverage.
Edit footage into finished pieces: cutting, colour, sound, motion graphics, subtitles and platform-specific versions (vertical, square, long-form).
Execute scripts and creative briefs, translating them into shot lists and a clear production plan.
Handle photography — portraits, product, lifestyle and event stills — and basic retouching.
Manage the full production workflow: pre-production prep, lighting and audio setup on set, and organised file/asset management post-shoot.
