What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark
This position is key to driving customers’ self‑service using our AI customer‑facing tools in the current Knowledge Base. You will play a vital role in enhancing customer and internal team understanding by creating clear, concise, and engaging video tutorials and walkthroughs, updating existing knowledge base content, and creating new knowledge base content focused on the Bluehost and HostGator brands.
