Learn how to produce high-performing video content for paid social campaigns. Under the guidance of our Head of Performance Marketing, you will develop a performance mindset — learning how to create videos that stop the scroll and drive real e-commerce conversions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation: Edit and produce engaging video ads for Meta and TikTok (Reels, Stories, and UGC-style formats).
A/B Testing: Create variations of the same video concept (changing hooks or text) to help the team optimize results.
Trend Hunting: Stay up-to-date with daily TikTok/Meta trends and actively propose new creative ideas for campaigns.
