Vice President - Trading Documentation

Job Description
The role incumbent will be a senior negotiator of various master trading agreements.What will you do?Negotiates various industry-standard and, with the Law Group, non-standard master trading agreements, including complex and/or structured trading agreements and ancillary documents.Negotiates and reviews regulation-driven documentation, particularly VM and IM agreements.Coordinates, in conjunction with the Law Group and other team members, changes and updates to RBC master agreement templates and the management of these templates.Ensures compliance with RBC policy documents (Standing Orders) for all trading documentation.Ensures appropriate internal systems are updated accordingly.Assists Regional Head as required in project and other management.Must-havesProven master agreement negotiation experience (5-10 years).Extensive knowledge of Capital Markets products & the trading environment.Demonstrated knowledge of industry-standard master agreements (ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, ...
