Job Purpose
- Manage the tendering process from RFP development till the appointment of the consultant/contractor.
- Perform contractor prequalification, completion of tender documents, bid evaluations & finalizing contract documents.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and implement the tendering process from planning & prequalification until award, ensuring it is implemented as per the procurement policy and procedures.
- Review tender-related scope templates (consultants and contractors) and associated documentation to comply with latest laws, regulations, policy & procedures, and liaise with legal and finance departments.
- Develop requalification of consultants, contractors and service providers and classify them based on their expertise and other set criteria.
- Review project scope received from Users/Clients and liaise with the Users to develop and maintain scopes of work samples for issue in RFPs.
