KILLS/QUALIFCATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Open to foreign nationals, especially Indian professionals (With relocation)
  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience managing large-scale IT Service Desk operations.
  • Proven executive leadership experience in global IT services organizations
  • Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITIL), service delivery, SLA/KPI management, and operational excellence.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, strategic leadership, and people management skills.
