Title and Summary
Vice President, Solutions Architect – Customer Solution Center enables Mastercard to develop better solutions & bundles for prioritized customer segments in markets. The incumbent is responsible for driving Mastercard growth, influencing and revenue by creating and selling compelling data‑driven, scalable, needs‑based solutions to new and existing customers.
The Solution Architect Lead is a critical enabler and partner to the sales team during solutioning‑led initiatives to maximize the impact of solutions for the end customer. The lead and the team play a critical role in ensuring relevancy and driving differentiation across all segments resulting in better relationships, market share, and revenue.
The position reports to the SVP, Customer Solutions Center, South‑East Asia (CSCL).
