Vice President - Risk Management (Reinsurance)

• The role strengthens the second line of defense by embedding specialist expertise in reinsurance and retakaful risk oversight, enhancing MNRB Group resilience, capital efficiency and governance effectiveness.
• The role serves as key responsible personnel to handle Malaysian Reinsurance risk management related mater.
• The role also acts as the subject matter expert supporting enterprise risk management through robust assessment of reinsurance and retakaful programmes, counterparty exposures, catastrophe protection adequacy, and strategic risk mitigation.

Risk Strategy and Advisory

• Support development of reinsurance and (re)takaful risk strategy aligned with corporate and underwriting strategy.
• Provide independent risk assessment on reinsurance programs, retention levels, and risk transfer structures.
