Owns end-to-end product strategy, vendor ecosystem governance, and go-to-market execution — balancing global agreements and platform consistency with local market relevance to drive revenue growth, product differentiation, and superior cardholder experience.

Role Scope & Accountability

• Owns the Cardholder Service product roadmap, commercialization strategy, and P&L for Europe.
• Acts as the senior regional product authority, partnering across Global Product, Core Consumer, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
